Howl-A-Ween:  Creature From The Black Lagoon in 3-D

It's a monsterous, creaturiffic Halloween Party!  The rocking sounds of the Rock O'Matics for your Monster-Mashing pleasure, Ghoultini's, A Monster Costume Contest with cash prizes, and our first-ever 3-D film: Creature From The Black Lagoon.  Your ticket even includes 3-D glasses you can take home.  Lolita, Ms. Ellos Latinos 2005, will be making a special guest performance appearance with her dancers.  And London astrologist and shaman Jaki Windmill will be on hand to provide readings (please know your birth date, time and location) and will conduct a special "Ghost Vigil" following the film for those wishing to stay and see if the theater's ghosts are up for making themselves known.  Can you ask for a more spine-tingling evening?

Creature From the Black Lagoon is considered a classic. The film itself has become a cliche for the "man-in-a-rubber-suit" monster movie, and the "Gillman" is now included in the pantheon of classic movie monsters--along with Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Wolfman.

In its original 3-D format with a haunting score by Henry Mancini, stunning underwater photography and sensual water choreography, Creature is a power-house of a B-movie "creature feature."  A scientific expedition searching for fossils along the Amazon River discover a prehistoric Gill-Man in the legendary Black Lagoon. The explorers capture the mysterious creature, but it breaks free. The Gill-Man returns to kidnap the lovely Kay, fiancée of one of the expedition, with whom it has fallen in love.
