Vallejo Community Arts Foundation

The Empress Theatre is operated and managed by the Vallejo Community Arts Foundation (VCAF), a nonprofit public benefit corporation.  The Foundation’s other programs include the Fetterly Playhouse and Gallery, Summer Arts Camp for Children, and re-grants and support for a host of small Vallejo arts and education programs.

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Trustees serve without compensation.
